We aren't driven by some innate passion for insurance. Instead, we thought the current system just wasn't good enough.
Insurance can get complicated, but that doesn't mean it has to be devoid of all simplicity or empathy.
Even the simplest tasks like updating your car, or getting proof of insurance, can become an hour-long phone conversation that doesn't shed much light on muddled, complicated, terminology.
While we can't rewrite the definition of insurance, we do think we can add empathy and a modern touch to the process.
